Accounts Payable And Accounts Receivable, Office Administrator

The mainly financial role involves several key functions and activities, including handling accounts payable, and accounts receivable transactions, handling supplier queries as well as relationship management, managing office administration, and maintaining accurate records.

The role also involves handling supplier queries, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, and managing company vehicle, tax, and insurance. The role also involves office administration, communication, and coordination, acting as the first point of contact for internal and external queries, and identifying inefficiencies in administrative processes. The goal is to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient operations.

This person will be a key addition to the office. It is a full-time, 5-day a week, Monday to Friday role. We are looking for a self starter, who likes working alone as well as in a team. Please contact HR@sammin.ie for full job description!

Pay: From €43,000.00 per year
