We're looking for someone just like you to join our team as an Administration & Logistics Assistant Coordinator on a full-time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to deal and a strong administrative background.
We are an Irish chemical management and distribution company, and we work in partnership with some of the world’s largest companies and have been at the forefront of the chemical management industry since 1992.
Duties:
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining records. Answer general phone line and redirect calls. Greet and sign in onsite visitors.
Compliance: Ensure that all logistics operations comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Communication: Liaise with various departments, including sales, operations, and warehousing, to ensure smooth coordination and execution of tasks.
Sales Administration: SOP processing and customer support, provide Sales team information regarding order fulfilment and product costings
Purchasing: POP processing, tracking stock orders and drop shipments, coordinate customs clearance with supplier and clearing agent,
Logistics support: - Assign sales orders to daily truck routes, advise drivers of assigned routes and any relevant preparation required. Liaise with Operations dept on order picking and forward order requirements for outbound deliveries. Assign deliveries to 3rd party haulage partners for ex-stock deliveries.
Quality: Assist with collection of quality documentation from suppliers. Assist with Product Approval Process. Issue Quality Information to customers as required.
Competencies required:
· Minimum two years’ experience in an administrative office-based role
· Computer literate with intermediate level of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
· Strong organisation skills and ability to be able to work to and meet deadlines
· Excellent communication skills working at all levels across the organisation
· Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
· Proven track record in reporting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €37,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
