Tasks

About the Role

As an Administration Support / Sales Officer, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our clinic. You will:

Champion Client Acquisition:

• Confidently connect with potential clients and referral sources to showcase the value of our services
• Skillfully convert inquiries into appointments, guiding individuals towards the support they need
• Contribute to the development and execution of impactful sales strategies
• Track sales metrics and identify areas for optimization

Elevate the Client Experience:

• Be a welcoming presence, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless client journey
• Efficiently manage appointments, phone calls, and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate client records with the utmost confidentiality
• Support marketing initiatives and social media engagement
• Contribute to a positive and organized clinic environment

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent
• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, within the healthcare industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinic management software
• Up-to-date A Working with Children Check (WWC) and Australian National Police Check
