Administrative Assistant

QUALIFICATION:

  • Any 4 years Course Graduate
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • At least 6 months to 1 year working experience in administrative /secretarial works
  • Willing to be assigned in Chino Roces, Makati City

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing customer records, files, and documentation, ensuring they are updated and organized.
  • Handling internal and external communication, including emails, calls, and reports.
  • Working to resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve the company’s services or products.
  • Organizing appointments, meetings, and follow-ups related to customer interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
