About the Role
As an Administrator, you will support the Whāngaia Ngā Pā Harakeke Health Coordinator to undertake delegated administrative tasks, supporting Whāngaia Ngā Pā Harakeke model which is a national principles framework that focuses on reducing the incidence and prevent re-occurrence of family harm in communities as well as reducing the impact that family violence has on whānau who are enduring or at risk of harm.
The hours of this role are 32 hours per fortnight (0.4 FTE) working minimum 4 mornings a week, commencing at 7.30am.
This role can be based in Nelson or Marlborough.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join and complement our Child and Family Safety Service, focused on supporting the Whāngaia Ngā Pā Harakeke and partnering with the Whāngaia Ngā Pā Harakeke Health Coordinator.

About you
As an Administrator(Whāngaia Ngā Pā Harakeke), you will have the ability to quickly learn new tasks and multi-task efficiently.
It - s essential that you:
- have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills,
- acquire previous administration experience
- obtain a strong degree of computer literacy
- have the ability to work in a supportive capacity
- have the eligibility to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.
Additionally, training will be provided.
