About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, dynamic sales professional who takes pride in delivering and exceeding monthly KPIs. Each month you will be given 150 opportunities to work with and maximise. You will be working closely with both New and Used Sales Teams and alongside your fellow Business Manager to ensure a smooth sale process.
For the right candidate we are offering a generous retainer with unparalleled commission structures - OTE $230,000 - $350,000 +
Day-to-Day You will be responsible for:
- The sale of Extended Warranties, Surface Coatings, Interior & Exterior Treatments, Electronics, Scratch & Dent Memberships, and a myriad of other products.
- Building rapport and interacting with customers face-to-face or over the phone
- Monitoring KPIs and individual performances of Sales Reps and Departments
- Registering of warranties and individual products
- Reporting of figures
Attributes to be successful in this role:
- Possess a dynamic driven attitude with strong customer relationship building skills.
- Financially hungry with a desire and passion to sell and deliver our aftercare product range.
- Initiative-taking, self-motivated and driven to achieve strong sales results.
- Professionally conduct product presentations to customers, both face-to-face and follow up via phone or email.
- Effective communication skills with a natural negotiation ability to facilitate the growth and development of business profitability.
- Efficiently and effectively follow up all customer enquiries ensuring a positive customer experience is achieved.
- Proven sales experience from any industry is desirable.
