Job Description:
We are seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team and work with premier apartment communities in Scottsdale, AZ. This role is ideal for someone with onsite leasing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with residents, and is passionate about property management.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective residents, providing tours and information about the community.

• Process applications, conduct background checks, and manage lease agreements.

• Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests professionally and promptly.

• Maintain accurate records using leasing software (Yardi, CRM, AppFolio).

• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and community policies.

• Participate in marketing and resident retention efforts, including social media outreach and events.

• Collaborate with the property management team to meet occupancy goals.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months in property management (leasing experience preferred).

• Bilingual: Not required, but a plus!

• Availability: Must be able to work weekends.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Tech Skills: Computer savvy with experience using leasing software (Yardi, CRM, AppFolio).

• Fair Housing Training: Completed within the last year.

• Transportation: Reliable transportation is required.
