Office Assistant HVAC company with an outstanding reputation is looking for an Office Assistant. As a company we are focused on expertise, quality, and growth. The duties of this job are:
1- answering phone calls
2- keeping track of the service techs
3- Dispatching the service techs to and from calls as needed
4- Inputting data into the computer and editing data.
Back up to:
1- Billing and invoicing customers and paying vendors.
2- Keeping track of deliveries incoming and outgoing.
3- Marketing and business plans monitor and keep track of. Marketing ads and monitoring them.
Qualified candidates will possess the following skills:
1- Good communication skills
2- Professional phone skills
3- Detail-Oriented.
4- Typing Profient
5- Showing up on time and working well with others
