Assistant Restaurant Manager

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and scheduling.
• Train and supervise all restaurant staff, ensuring that they have a comprehensive understanding of the menu, the business, and their job responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service ensuring that customers feel valued, welcome, and have an employee dining experience.
• Oversee all financial aspects of the business, including food and labor costs, inventory and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations by maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
• Manage employee payroll, benefits, and training according to company policies.
• Develop and implement new policies and procedures as needed to improve restaurant operations and customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Alabang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Restaurant Manager: 1 year (Preferred)
