Right now, we're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Hornby store!

About the Role:
This is a full time opportunity (40 Hours per week). Sunday: 9.30am - 6pm, Monday to Thursday: 8:45am - 5:15pm

Step into the role of Assistant Store Manager, where you'll thrive by:

Supporting the Store Manager on all the operational aspects, as well as manage the team on the Store Managers RDOs.
Using your prior retail and apparel experience to train and help coach your team on the daily
Becoming a BRA-FIT certified to ensure our customers receive the very best experience
Learning the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting
Exceling in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs
