Baby & Kids Store -Part Time Retail Sales Associate

We are a high end Baby & Kids shop with a brick and mortar and online shop with focus on eco friendly and unique brands.

We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative that is available to work PART TIME

We are looking for someone outgoing with sales experience. Hours include Saturday & Sunday and one day during the week.

You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and recommend the perfect gift. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandizing and label it with prices.
• Putting PO's in the system
• Packing online orders
• inventory
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Keeping store clean and organized

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate required
• Basic Computer skills required
• Commitment to learn and take direction well/easily
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
