We are currently recruiting for a Business Sales Executive to join our Sales Division on a full time, permanent contract which will be based in our Head Office in Dublin 15. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing existing accounts, along with developing new business and growing market share.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Maintain existing customer relationships while actively developing new pharmaceutical business prospects.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve defined sales objectives and targets.
- Research, prospect and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking and market analysis.
- Communicate effectively with customers to handle inquiries, process orders and provide product details.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, applications and industry trends to advise clients effectively.
- Collaborate closely with related departments to ensure customer requests are fulfilled efficiently.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, process quotations and client feedback to inform business strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to build brand awareness and relationships.
- Monitor order delivery closely and ensure timely customer payment.
Qualification, Experience and Knowledge:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably within a pharmaceutical environment.
- Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Full Driving License with a willingness to travel as required.
