Your role

Are you a highly organized and proactive professional looking to contribute to an exciting and dynamic environment? Saab’s Business Unit Airborne Early Warning (AEW), responsible for cutting-edge systems like GlobalEye and ERIEYE, is seeking a skilled Business Unit Assistant to support our management team and play a key role in our continued success.

As the Business Unit Assistant, you will work closely with the BU manager and be an integral part of the management team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and structuring management meetings and ensuring follow-ups.
• Preparing materials and coordinating meetings as required.
• Organizing travel arrangements and handling customer visits.
• Leading the assistant network across the BU.
• Disseminating information across the unit and providing administrative support to the personnel.
• Depending on your skills and interests, there will be opportunities to shape the role further.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
