Cipd Associate Lecturer

Dorset College are seeking a part time CIPD lecturers to join the Professional Courses/Higher Education faculty team. You will play an active role in the delivery of high-quality Level 5 CIPD courses to our learners. The role includes; teaching, assessment and academic administration.

CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management Level 5

Minimum requirements

• CIPD Membership
• Relevant Level 8 Qualification
• Relevant Experience in HR Practices
• 2-3 years Teaching/Lecturing Experience
• Excellent intercommunication skills
• Lecturing experience an advantage.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Enthusiasm and commitment to their subject area.

Delivery Live Online (Tuesday & Thursday - 18.30 – 21.30 p.m.)
