The Energy Management department within Propulsion and Energy is dedicated to delivering a seamless charging experience and solutions that simplify life for electric vehicle owners. Within the Energy Cloud Services group, we lead the way in optimizing distributed energy resources and smart devices using advanced algorithms, forecasting, and innovative management strategies. Our teams develop APIs for partners, connect hardware like wallboxes and home batteries to the cloud, and enable energy integration and management solutions. Our mission is to enhance energy efficiency across multiple levels—from individual homes to national grids—providing benefits for customers, the energy system, and the planet.

What You Will Do:
As a cloud developer focusing on device integration and cloud infrastructure management, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our energy ecosystem. You will join one of five collaborative teams that provide a creative and self-organizing environment. Your responsibilities will align with your skills and experience.

• Four backend development teams work on optimizing charging sessions, building backends for wallboxes and home batteries, aggregating vehicle fleets, and creating third-party APIs.
• The fifth team specializes in full-stack development, designing web portals and support tools to simplify issue identification and resolution, such as tools for customer care agents and wallbox installers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, maintain clear communication, and contribute to a supportive team environment. Whether working on backend solutions or full-stack projects, you’ll grow and learn in a company making strides in the evolving energy landscape.

Do You Fit the Profile?
We are looking for an experienced cloud developer with expertise in:

• .NET, C#, AWS, Kubernetes, MongoDB, Terraform, Grafana, Kafka, and related technologies.
• Proven history of integrating complex systems in cloud environments.
• Strong skills in AWS management, DevOps practices, and system performance optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud security in distributed systems.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate and manage cloud infrastructure.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in energy systems is highly valued.
• General understanding of vehicle technology is a bonus.
• Passion for sustainability, strong analytical mindset, and structured work approach.
• Curiosity-driven, constantly seeking improvement and exploring new technologies.
• Effective communicator who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments and diverse teams.

Requirements:

• Over 4 years of experience as a cloud developer.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent knowledge).
• Driver’s license (level B) is helpful but not required.
