Responsibilities

• Team up with the Cluster Human Resources team and other stakeholders to foster a great place to work
• Equip and empower our team to excel in hospitality and thrive in their roles
• Be the go-to guru for Team Members, answering their questions and offering helpful guidance
• Manage Human Resources ad hoc tasks, including recruitment, training, rewards, recognition, and onboarding new team members

About You:

• An administrator with one year of experience who holds Australian full working rights
• Payroll wizard with a knack for employment laws and compliance magic
• Master of organisation with an eagle eye for detail and a communication superstar!
• Excel guru with top-notch Microsoft Suite skills and a flair for technology, ready to rock 30 hours a week!
• Thrives in high-energy settings and excels under pressure with resilience
• Ideally resides in the Perth Metropolitan Area
