Cluster Sales Officer- Microfinance/Lending Company

Sales Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned cluster.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales efforts and promotional activities.

Collections Responsibilities:

• Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Contact clients with overdue accounts to arrange payment schedules and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities, including follow-ups and payment commitments.
• Analyze and manage risks associated with outstanding receivables.
• Work closely with finance and legal teams to escalate unresolved collection cases, if necessary.
• Provide regular reports on collection progress and outstanding balances to management.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster customer loyalty and drive repeat business.
• Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Reporting and Coordination:

• Prepare regular sales reports, including key metrics and performance analysis, for management review.
• Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• 4-year business degree (or experience for undergrads).
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience, microfinance or lending background.
• Own vehicle preferred.
• Work schedule: Monday-Saturday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
• Interview: Face-to-Face in Makati, 1-day interview process, 2-day onboarding process.
• Career growth: Officer to Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
