Hourly IT support to provide telephone and in-person IT assistance to all VHCC employees, students and patrons during evening hours Monday to Thursday and during day on Friday. Will also provide coverage in the evening for the VHCC Library Circulation desk assisting patrons with any library requests.
Hourly IT support to provide telephone and in-person IT assistance to all VHCC employees, students and patrons during evening hours Monday to Thursday and during day on Friday. Excellent customer service skills and experience working in a high-volume customer service environment, in order to assist students and general public. Practices regular and reliable attendance. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Proficiency in the use of technology and utilizing word processing, spreadsheets and database software as well as common software programs.
Additional Considerations:
Ability to learn new software programs. Strong organizational and decision-making skills. The ability to work without direct supervision and apply standard procedures in the absence of a supervisor.
