KNOW THE ROLE
Our Concierge and Services Team will play an integral part of the Brown Thomas Arnotts journey in reinventing retail in a genuine and sustainable way, and we’re hiring a team whose vision and style are as vibrant as our own to elevate this unique experience and redefine the future of retailing in Ireland. This will be a 22.5 hour contract but please note full mid week flexibility is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Customer Experiences
- Our luxury concierge service will enhance the customer experience through new innovation and digital services
- Introducing additional services including events and promotions throughout the store
- Building customer loyalty through attentive services and showcasing our loyalty program
- Providing a professional after sales services tailored to our customer’s individual need
People
- Working as part of a team, delivering extraordinary service to both external and internal customers
- Ensuring communication is open and clear within the team
- Contributing to store targets and goals
- Attending team briefings daily to understand targets and promotions
- Living and showcasing the behaviours associated with the Brown Thomas Arnotts people values
Services
- Being passionate and enthusiastic about products and services available
- Acquiring and updating product knowledge through supplier training, product labels, magazines etc
- Keeping up to date with new services and product launches including new pop up stores
- Promote the sustainable edit across your department
- Being knowledgeable of additional services on offer throughout the store including events and promotions

- Strong customer service skills
- Worked in a fast pace environment
