Contract Cleaning Manager

Role Purpose

RCH Facility Services Ltd is thrilled to announce an opening for an Area Manager to become a key player in our bustling and dynamic team. The main duty of this role involves overseeing the cleaning operations across multiple locations, ensuring that the highest level of client satisfaction is consistently achieved.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Understanding in pricing cleaning jobs : window cleaning, carpet cleaning , after builders cleaning , power washing
• Responsible for site specific recruitment.
• Site specific training, development, engagement and management of all new and existing members of the team.
• Ensure the completion of work is carried out to the highest standards
• Completion of orientation paperwork with all new members of the team.
• Conduct Site Audits to ensure cleaning standards are maintained at all times
• Meet and communicate with Clients on a regular basis to ensure that Client needs are met at all times.
• Adhere to Health and Safety at all times and ensure that Health and Safety is applied at all times.
• Complete monthly payroll information by using our in-house system (training will be provided).
• Stock and equipment control.
• Manage and maintain cleaning equipment to high standards
• Hand’s on and prepared to help, guide and support operatives to achieve required service levels
• To assess cleaning material requirements for his/her area of responsibility and ensuring the economical and safe use of same.
• To ensure the good timekeeping of all staff under his/her control.
• To ensure that any defects on site noted and resolved
• To record any incident(s) pertinent to Security, Health & Safety, timekeeping etc. and ensuring cleaning staff report all damage, defects.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous supervision/management experience of a minimum of 1 year is essential
• Experience within Contract Cleaning including Industrial Cleaning essential
• Have previous experience in delivering exceptional customer service
• Full Clean Driver’s License is absolutely essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-site operation that requires travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €35,000.00 per year
