Customer Service Advisor - Native Korean

Position - Native Korean Customer Service Advisor

✅Project: Travel Project

✅Start date: 2nd April(10Hcs), 5th May 2025( 10Hcs)

Working Location: KL, Malaysia.

✅Work Schedule: 8am – 10pm Korean time ( 7am-9pm Malaysia time) 5 days per week (mon-sun)

✅Education requirement: Diploma and above

✅Heacounts: 20

✅Salary range: 9k-10k RM

Note: Should have GDS experience / non GDS experience is okay

*Job Requirement:*

GDS experience ( able to handle flight GDS system (Sabre, Galileo, and Amadeus) with 1 year experience/ relevant certification

SVAR: B1 and above

*General Requirement*

▪︎ Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree.

▪︎ Ability to multitask. set priorities and manage time effectively

▪︎ Familiarity and experience with a smartphone. online shop and other online apps.

▪︎ Detail- Oriented person.

▪︎ The candidate must have a service-oriented attitude.

▪︎ An outgoing person who is friendly but remains professional.

▪︎ Willingness to work on a shift.. including working on a holiday.

▪︎ Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.

▪︎ A focused attitude for solving custpmer's issues quickly and comprehensively.

▪︎ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.

▪︎ Ability to deal with stress and work pressure.

▪︎ Native speaker for Korea with B1/B2 English skill(Korea Market)
