Description: Lost Grove Brewing is seeking a hard-working dishwasher who is eager to help! This person will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and efficiency. Lost Grove is the first B Corp brewery in Idaho and we have worked hard to create a positive workplace with a strong team and fun environment!

Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment, including dishwashers, sinks, and related machinery.
• Ensure proper placement and organization of items.
• Sort, scrape, and rinse dishes, glassware, flatware, and cooking utensils to remove food particles and prepare them for washing.
• Monitor and maintain water temperatures and chemical levels for effective cleaning and sanitizing.
• Inspect and remove damaged or soiled items from circulation.
• Assist with the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Support kitchen staff in other tasks as needed, such as food preparation and plating.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including handwashing and glove usage.
• Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with inventory control and restocking of supplies as necessary.

Pay: From $19.10 per hour
