About the role.
As the Executive Officer, you will be at the heart of decision-making, driving key initiatives and providing expert advice on critical strategic and operational matters.

In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with the Deputy Secretary, Ministers’ offices, senior executives, and key stakeholders to navigate complex challenges and influence meaningful outcomes. You’ll also lead cross-agency projects, manage high-level communications, and ensure the seamless coordination of priorities across the Group and Department.

  • You are well versed in coordinating and preparing strategic advice, information and reports
  • You can ensure the security, confidentiality, integrity and availability of Aboriginal Affairs business information
  • You have demonstrated political astuteness, sensitivity and awareness of processes
    You have significant high-level experience in providing a broad range of executive, administrative and related coordination support to senior level management
  • You are passionate about working alongside Aboriginal people and communities to support the long-term social, cultural and economic aspirations of Aboriginal people in NSW

Salary: Clerk Grade 11/12. Package includes base salary ($145,378 - $168,130) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
