Facilities Technician (Mckinley, Taguig City)

• Directly reports to the Facilities Manager
• Monitors the operation and maintenance of all major mechanical/electrical/air conditioning/plumbing/sanitary equipment
• Records all operations parameters
• Monitors and reports equipment status
• Attend to technical requirements of the premises.
• Operates facilities equipment
• Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of tools and work area
• Undertakes and/or assists in equipment servicing works
• Performs other works which will be required by the Facilities Manager
• Performs Planned Preventive Maintenance Program
• Undertakes regular preventive maintenance and repairs
• Prepares maintenance report and recommendation.
• Records all spares/supplies consumed. Rectifies minor equipment problems.
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Others or equivalent.
• Must be adept in the operation/ maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment/ system in high rise buildings (HVAC Equipment, Pumps and Motors, Genset, Compressors, UPS, FDAS)
• With at least 1 year experience in electro- mechanical and civil related works (Carpentry/ Painting/ Masonry/ Plumbing and Electrical).
• With background in residential, banking facilities, call centers, data centers and commercial/ office properties.
• Willing to work in McKinley, Taguig City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
