The role:
Cater Care Services seeks to appoint an experienced professional to a permanent Site Administrator role at one of our remote mining villages in Western Australia.

What this role involves:
Meeting guests and residents on arrival
Reservations – completing all check in/ check out procedures
Assist with airport baggage handling
Assisting with airport check in / check out
Booking flights & accommodation - mobilisation
Answering and directing telephone enquiries
Assisting with guest and resident queries
Data entry
Account Reconciliations / Invoices / Banking
Incoming and outgoing mail
General Office duties
Assist the broader team as required in all areas including utility duties

Skills and Experiences:
What we require from you:
Previous administration camp experience desirable
Experience using INX system
RSA
Current full Australian drivers license
National police clearance within 6 months - or willing to obtain
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment
Well developed computer literacy
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Reliable, punctual, high attention to detail & organisation skills
Physically fit and able to work long hours with repetitive tasks
Commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
Motivated, constructive and professional ‘can-do’ attitude
Adherence to general safety practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Ability to work in varying degrees of heat, cold, humidity & inclement weather
