We are currently searching for a Business Development Manager for our headquarters in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.

• Depending on your knowledge and experience, you will receive an attractive monthly salary in the range of € 4.211- to € 5.564,- (based on the collective labor agreement for Technical Wholesale)

• This is a hybrid role which requires you to work from our location in Eindhoven at least 3 days a week. We offer and facilitate the opportunity to work from home for the rest of the week.

What will you be doing as a Financial Analyst at MAG45?

In this function you act as a data translator for finance and business stakeholders and enjoy shaping data into information for the organisation.

The Financial Analyst is responsible for composing, analysing and advising on financial reports & analysis (sales, margin, profitability and other) based on your financial background and understanding of business processes. You create actionable (Power BI) reporting based on the vast data available within MAG45 to increase the support and impact from finance on the rest of the organisation. You also act as a back-up for key reporting tasks of the Business Controller.

In this role you report to the CFO of MAG45.

They key activities of the role:

D365 & Power BI: support the implementation of D365 and provide input for process optimization during the implantation. Take ownership over Power BI reporting for finance by creating and implement Power BI dashboards and data-solution for management and financial reporting.

Management reporting: Automates sales reports, margin and profitability reports and other reports for external and internal purposes required by the finance department and other stakeholders within MAG45 or the shareholder.

The role is tailor-made for you if:

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree in finance, accounting or business administration
• Have at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience (in an international environment)
• Knowledge of financial systems and procedures
• You are fluent in Dutch and English (written and verbal)
• You have Advanced Power BI experience
• Have a thorough experience with financial data analysis (statistics)

We prioritize candidates who live in travelling distance to our Eindhoven location.
