Financial Analyst (Project 3-4 Months)

Description

Overview
This is a data entry and financial analyst role that requires a detail-oriented individual who is capable of transferring data quickly and accurately. Data is derived from multiple customer reports and is transposed into one Excel file.
The Revenue Optimization Specialist will then assess the data to identify opportunities such as underused codes, extinct codes, and coding opportunities. The results are then rendered into a customer-facing financial report that will be presented by a business process expert. The purpose of this position is to help dental offices optimize their operations and capture missing revenue.

Requirements

Qualifications:
Front office dental office experience preferred Advanced arithmetic and/or financial analyst experience required Ability to analyze and translate data into actionable results

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and suite of services (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Automation experience preferred Proficient in the English language
  • Previous experience working with American companies Ability to pass an accuracy and reading comprehension test

Duties and Responsibilities:·

  • Takes data from customer reports and transfers it onto a pre-made Excel spreadsheet
  • Analyzes data to identify deficiencies·
  • Computes results into a final report for the customer that is converted to a PDF file·
  • Double and triple checks all work for accuracy·
  • Provides daily support to US team members as requested ·
  • Maintains and continuously works to improve department Excel files·
  • Helps with process optimization and automation for the department·
  • Creates and implement new excel templates as needed·
  • Maintains customer files according to SOP’s·
  • Multi-tasks between assignments and stays productive during wait times·
  • Performs all other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and company

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Angeles City, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
