Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service flow.
  • Monitor guest experiences, address concerns, and resolve issues quickly to maintain high service standards.
  • Review and act upon guest feedback and complaints.
  • Conduct daily checks on FOH cleanliness, quality, and adherence to standards.
  • Monitor employee performance, conduct reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Manage scheduling, reservations, and station assignments.
  • Ensure employees maintain a professional appearance, including proper uniforms.
  • Oversee FOH maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion.
  • Check out servers, bartenders, and bakery sales associates, resolving any discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
  • Adhere to company attendance policy and dress code.
  • Assist with additional duties as needed to support the team.

  • Ability to actively contribute to the management team to improve business operations.
  • Familiarity with serving, hosting, bussing, expo, and bartending to provide support and training when necessary.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar management role with a proven track record in managing cost and labor controls.
  • Hospitality management degree preferred, but candidates with equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Food Manager Certification required.

  • The noise level in the work environment is high.
  • The work environment is climate controlled.
  • Must possess the ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the function is mostly standing for long periods of time.
  • The employee must be able to regularly walk, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
  • The employee is frequently is required to talk or hear.
  • The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
