Role

Carroll Estates is an Irish Construction Company providing people with homes for 50 years. Our sites are based in Leinster. We are currently seeking a full time trustworthy and resourceful Gate Person to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to manage the entry and exit points on our construction site. This role is crucial for ensuring site security, managing deliveries and maintaining a safe work environment.

Main Responsibilities

· Ensuring only authorized personnel enter the site.

· Securing all staff are signing the timesheet at the start and the end of the day.

· Check the delivery docks and upload on the system.

· Monitoring all visitors entrance to check if they are wearing correct PPE.

· Providing and ordering PPE for visitors before they enter the site.

· Checking credentials and passes for all visitors and subcontractors.

· Ensuring safety at the site all the time.

· Liaising with site management if any problems arise at the gate.

· Other duties assigned by site management.

Requirements for the role

· Safe Pass

· Manual Handling

· Visa to work in Ireland

What we offer

· Minimum of 39 hours per week

· Salary on application.
