General Operative

We are expanding our team and seeking General Operatives to join our Cork-based operations.

Responsibilities:

Drive and operate various equipment (following in-house training) across multiple sites.

Work in diverse industries, including pharmaceutical, local authorities, and oil & gas.

Maintain vehicles and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in proper working order.

Report any maintenance issues to the maintenance manager or supervisor.

Complete required paperwork, including survey reports, inductions, and job documentation.

Requirements:

Good knowledge of machinery & IT (desirable).

A willingness to learn and take pride in your work.

Full, clean driving licence.

Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling certification.

Ability to work in a team with a flexible and proactive attitude.

Strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.

Minimum 2 years' experience in a related industry (e.g. drain services, construction).

Experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Good customer focus and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €12.70-€19.66 per hour
