General Operative

We are currently looking for a General operative to assist bakers and packers in our busy bakery based in Waterford City.

Overview of company

Walsh's Bakehouse is a third generation family run business that has been making the Waterford Blaa since 1921.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

- Work as part of a team to weigh ingredients, mix and bake breads

- Provide our customers with excellent quality products

- Work in a fast paced environment according to daily/weekly schedules

- Following food safety and HACCP procedures

- Operation of bakery equipment in a safe manner

-Previous experience experience in food manufacturing environment is preferred.

We are keen to hear from people who share our passion for good food - positions in day or night time shift available across 5 days per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €13.50 per hour
