• Supporting our Human Resources team in operational HR work
• Preparation of certificates and general letters (parental leave confirmations, educational leave, etc.)
• Active cooperation in the preparation of references and other administrative processes
• Support in the maintenance of the time recording system
• Supporting our team in several upcoming recruiting and hiring activities
• Working closely with our Hiring Manager during the recruiting process, coordinating interviews and handling the communication with candidates

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s Degree in Psychology or in HR Management preferred
• Previous experience in recruiting will be considered a plus
• Passion for recruitment would be desirable
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft: Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Fluent in English and German
• Ability to work well independently and as a team
• Self-starter, driven and results-oriented people person with a positive attitude and upbeat personality
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
