Head Kitchen Porter

Located at the heart of Waterford city, the family owned 4* Granville Hotel is looking to hire a Head Kitchen Porter who is a flexible and dedicated person.

Key responsibilities:

• To ensure employee weekly rosters are completed on time.
• To assist Management in Stock Control, quality control, Hygiene and HR requirements.
• Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.
• Collect and wash up pots and pans.
• Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
• Unload food and equipment deliveries.
• Keep the storeroom organized.
• Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitized.

• Good time management and organizational skills
