About the Role:

We’re looking for a key player to lead our Marketing & Product Design Operations—a master of coordination who keeps all the creative gears turning! Reporting directly to our Chief Marketing and Design Officer, you’ll be the heartbeat behind our team, transforming processes into smooth, well-oiled systems that empower creativity and drive Happy Socks’ magic from our colorful Stockholm office..

This brand-new role is for someone who knows how to bring clarity, structure, and efficiency to the table. Your mission? Make sure our bold, wild ideas can flow from concept to reality without a hitch. From keeping tools and workflows running seamlessly to supporting our creative freedom, you’re here to help us make the world brighter, one happy sock at a time!

What You'll Do:

  • Be the Glue: Keep the marketing and creative engines and workflows running smoothly every day, connecting dots and people like a pro.
  • Lead a Dream Team: Manage our fantastic crew handling product design, campaign collaborations, event activations, asset production, and projects across B2B and B2C—ensuring they’re set up for success and have what they need to sparkle!
  • Bridge the Gap: Make sure our creative, product, and marketing teams speak the same (fun!) language, with processes that smooth out bottlenecks. Be the bridge and act as the go-to link between the teams to make sure projects move forward without a hitch.
  • Tool Master: Own and optimize tools like Asana, Monday, Trello, and all things budget and project-tracking to keep collaboration, tracking and reporting breezy and easy.
  • Work smarter, not harder: Constantly explore ways to automate, simplify, and improve, giving everyone room to let their creativity fly.
  • Balance Structure & Flow: Build flexible systems that balance the freedom to innovate with the structure to deliver.
  • Budget Boss: Team up with our finance friends and the CMDO to keep an eye on costs, maximizing efficiency and getting top ROI on every effort.
  • Resource Wrangler: Ensure the right resources are in place and workloads stay sane, so every project feels correctly balanced.
  • Nurture the Vibes & Lead with Heart: Mentor and grow your team, fostering an environment of collaboration, creativity, and accountability that lifts each other up.
  • Innovation Champion: Keep our operations at the cutting edge by exploring and implementing modern tools, tech, and methods that keep us ahead.
  • Strategy and Growth: Work with the CMDO to build a forward-thinking strategy for the upcoming season/year and that scales with us as we grow.
  • Budget Boss: Own the marketing budget process, working with product design and creative leaders to make sure we’re spending our money wisely.
