Hostess

As a Hostess, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they step through our doors. Your role is crucial in setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience, ensuring that every guest feels valued and taken care of.

What We’re Looking For:

•⁠ ⁠1-2 years of experience in customer service or the hospitality industry

•⁠ ⁠A friendly, positive attitude and excellent communication skills

•⁠ ⁠Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

•⁠ ⁠Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of basic reservation systems is an advantage

What The Job Is:

•⁠ ⁠Greet and seat guests promptly and with a friendly demeanor

•⁠ ⁠Manage reservations and waitlists, ensuring efficient table turnover

•⁠ ⁠Assist with guest inquiries and special requests

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth and timely seating

•⁠ ⁠Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area

•⁠ ⁠Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction from arrival to departure

•⁠ ⁠Support other team members as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
