Who are the Ard Ri Group?

We are an ambitious international sales and distributor of quality affordable homeware products including stoves & doors. Our 100 strong team across Ireland help us to deliver top class customer service to a trusted network of over 1000 retailers across Ireland.

We are now recruiting for the position of HR Administrator

The position will be based in our Head Offices in Tralee, Co Kerry.

The Role:

  • Own the recruitment of all open positions to include,
  • Creation of Job advertisements in consolation with the hiring managers.
  • Screening, interviewing and short listing finals candidates.
  • Completing reference checks, employee screening, mandatory paperwork and onboarding all new starts.
  • Monitor sickness & other unplanned absence and assist on behalf of management teams.
  • Manage probation administration ensuring compliance with probation processes.
  • Point of contact for employee queries and employee relations issues with support from management.
  • Maintain accurate HR filing systems
  • Ensure all HR policies, procedures and employee handbook are up to date and monitor staff compliance.
  • Assist managers with Employee development programmes

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations across all stages of employment
  • Strong communication - verbal and written.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and equally as part of a team
  • Excellent computer skills and IT literacy
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks in an effective manner to meet deadlines.
  • High level of personal confidence & resilience.
  • Proven problem-solving skills

Desirable items

  • Experience with HR systems i.e., Timepoint or Bright HR is desirable but full training will also be provided.
  • Qualification in Human resources or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €30,000.00-€34,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • HR: 2 years (preferred)
  • Administration: 2 years (preferred)
