Navagis software solutions are built using Google Maps and Google Cloud technologies and open systems to integrate various information sources into a map-driven common operating picture for the entire enterprise.

To expand our Asia Pacific operations, we are in need of HR and Recruitment Associate to join our fast-growing team.

Your Role:

HR Support:

• Provide fractional administrative support for identified HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, requirements gathering, equipment/inventory management , etc.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Leaders
• Collaborate with vendor/s for payroll and benefits administration
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Documentation and preparing reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
• Assist in creating appropriate letters* and memorandum for HR

Recruitment Support:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates.
• Schedule interviews and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Support employer branding initiatives, such as job postings and social media campaigns.
• Track recruitment metrics and generate reports for process improvements.
• Provide administrative support for HR and recruitment.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in both HR and recruitment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other relevant recruitment software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining candidate records and documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
