It Intern

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members on IT projects, such as system upgrades, process improvement, scheduling checking.
• Help monitor and maintain IT systems and services to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Conduct research and analysis to support IT decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in documenting IT processes, procedures, and configurations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide timely updates and address inquiries or concerns.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Transformation Manager.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, BS Industrial Engineering, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in handling sensitive information.

Note: This is an unpaid internship position intended for students seeking hands-on experience in IT and transformation management.
