It Project Manager - Application Development

About the role

As an IT Project Manager - Application Development at I2S Business Solutions Inc., you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of software development projects. Working within a dynamic and innovative environment, you will oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to risk management and stakeholder engagement. Your expertise in agile methodologies and proven track record in delivering complex IT projects will be crucial in driving the company's application development initiatives forward.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings and ongoing status meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment among cross-functional teams
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and implement effective contingency plans
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to define and refine project requirements
• Monitor project progress and performance, and provide regular updates to senior management
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Mentor and support the professional development of the project team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in the application development domain
• Proven expertise in managing complex software development projects using agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management best practices
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
