Join Our Team: Afterschool Teacher With Summer Camp Experience

We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Afterschool Teacher who is excited to work with children and has experience running summer camp programs. If you love inspiring kids through creative activities and building memorable experiences, this is the role for you!

Experience working in afterschool programs or summer camps with a proven track record of success.

Creativity, flexibility, and a passion for teamwork to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Excellent communication skills to interact with parents, students, and staff.

A team player with an open-minded approach to problem-solving and collaboration.

Emotional stability to manage challenges calmly and support a positive environment.

A proactive attitude and ability to adapt to program needs with flexibility and professionalism.

A commitment to creating a supportive and fun environment for children to learn and grow.

Must have a car come to work at the San Bruno residential area.

Education background, looking for substitute teachers working at the school district and want to continue teaching at the childcare environment. Or educational major students.

Know music or instruments is a plus but not mandatory.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

Work in our afterschool program, fostering a positive and engaging environment for students.

Design and implement enriching curriculum activities in music, art, and other creative areas.

Plan and oversee summer camp programs, including organizing field trips, events, and daily schedules.

Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff to ensure a seamless program experience.

What you get:

On-time Bi-weekly pay;

$100-$500 additional bonus per month if met KPI after probation period;

Program share bonus opportunity.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $28.00 - $31.00/hour.
