Key Responsibilities

• Export Coordination: Manage the export of goods from the EU to non-EU countries, ensuring compliance with all regulations and timely delivery.

• Communication Hub: Serve as the central contact point for internal teams and external partners, providing shipment updates and resolving logistical challenges.

• Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain accurate export licenses, shipping invoices, and customs declarations.

• Experience / study background in logistics, supply chain management, or export operations, particularly with goods moving from the EU to non-EU countries.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

• Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs processes is a plus.
