Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in South San Francisco bay area, CA. This is a hybrid position where the candidate will work onsite from Day 1. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the implementation of large-scale cross-functional enterprise systems, with a particular focus on quality management and SAP integration.

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience managing projects in complex environments, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope. You must possess a strong understanding of SAP and Quality Management (QM) systems, or at the very least have knowledge of them. A passion for electric and autonomous mobility, especially in the automotive or related fields, is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the implementation of cross-functional enterprise systems, ensuring successful project delivery within time, budget, and scope.

· Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.

· Drive the planning, execution, and monitoring of all project phases, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.

· Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders, identifying risks, mitigation strategies, and solutions.

· Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and quality standards throughout the lifecycle of the project.

· Ensure that quality management principles and SAP integration are effectively incorporated into the project.

· Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment of project goals.

· Adapt to evolving technology landscapes and continuously seek ways to optimize project processes and outcomes.

· Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, responding quickly to any project challenges.

Qualifications:

· Education:

o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business/Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or Operations (or equivalent experience).

· Experience:

o Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale cross-functional enterprise systems.

o Solid understanding of SAP and Quality Management (QM) systems is a significant advantage; at minimum, a working knowledge is required.

o Previous experience in the automotive industry or related fields, with an emphasis on electric or autonomous mobility, is a huge plus.

o Strong background in managing and delivering complex projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.

· Certifications:

o PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) is an added advantage.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
