Gravitiq is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Key Account Manager / Coordinator to support our rapid expansion into major retail channels. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire retail onboarding process, ensuring accurate item setup, and coordinating order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail requirements, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Retail Onboarding:
- Managing the entire onboarding process for new retail partners.
- Ensuring compliance with each retailer's specific requirements.
- Setting up accounts and managing necessary paperwork.
Item and Vendor Requirements:
- Understanding and communicating item setup requirements (SKUs, barcodes, images, descriptions).
- Managing vendor compliance and documentation.
Order Management:
- Processing and tracking retail orders.
- Managing inventory levels and ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Handling order discrepancies and returns.
Supply Chain:
- Understanding basic supply chain principles.
- Collaborating with logistics teams.
- Knowing how to track shipments, and work with shipping providers.
Admin Work
- Providing support and collaborating closely with the Brand Directors and Brand Managers
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Ensuring data integrity across all systems.
- Catching and correcting errors.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in the retail industry
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
