About the Role

As the Lead Designer, you will be at the forefront of defining the design vision and strategy for our products. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will guide a talented team of designers, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and ensure our user experiences remain unparalleled. This is a unique opportunity to influence design at scale, impacting millions of users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a compelling design strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI and visual designers, fostering creativity and growth.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.
  • Oversee the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Advocate for design excellence, balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
  • Drive innovation by staying ahead of design trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a lead designer, design manager, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX/UI design and creative problem-solving.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of building and scaling design teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience designing for web and mobile platforms (iOS, Android) is highly desirable.
