Leasing Officer

Job Vacancy: Real Estate Admin Executive

Location: Quezon City
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary Range: Php 30,000.00 - Php 35,000.00

Job Description:

The Real Estate Admin Executive plays a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring seamless coordination between buyers, developers, and internal stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Project Coordination

  • Attend to Sales Executives’ (SEs) inquiries regarding different projects.
  • Coordinate with developers to request updated details such as computations, latest inventory, project details, and promotional offers.
  • Monitor and follow up on Gift Certificates (GCs) with developers for relevant updates.
  • Update and upload project details in the Elite Portal.
  • Maintain and organize materials in the developers' project details folder.

Tracking Buyer Payments

  • Monitor and follow up on buyers’ payments.
  • Track commission release in accordance with developers' commission milestones.
  • Assist buyers with inquiries related to their units, including housing loan status, payments, requirements, complaints, turnover, and contracts.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on commission releases.
  • Assist the accounts team in securing commission-related documents such as BIR 2307, vouchers, and developer contact details.
  • Update the Operations Sales Tracker with buyers’ payment records.
  • Maintain and organize buyers' folders for record-keeping and easy reference.

Ad Hoc Tasks

  • Monitor and process Broker’s Accreditation with developers.
  • Coordinate with developers for scheduling site trippings and buyer visits to their units.
  • Attend developers’ Project Knowledge Seminars (PKS) as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in real estate, project coordination, or administrative support is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
