Leasing Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced, bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our team in Scottsdale. If you’re passionate about providing top-notch service and helping tenants find their perfect home, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about available units.
• Assist with lease applications, signings, and tenant communications.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate move-ins/move-outs.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish preferred, but not mandatory
• Proficient in property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, etc.).
• Fair Housing certified.
• 1+ year of onsite leasing experience.
• Reliable transportation and availability for a full-time schedule, including weekends.
