A Leasing Officer is responsible for managing the leasing process for residential or commercial properties, focusing on attracting and securing tenants

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Real Estate or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed.
• With background in sales, leasing or advertising
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications like Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Must be able to efficient and effective customer service to different clients.
• Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
