Inbound & Outbound Warehouse Operations
- Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of inbound shipments.
- Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping for outbound deliveries.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock rotation.
Order Fulfillment & Shipment Processing
- Manage the picking and packing process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Oversee shipment releases, ensuring compliance with carrier schedules and customer requirements.
- Coordinate container stuffing and unstuffing for imports and exports.
Logistics & Process Optimization
- Work closely with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse teams to streamline operations.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
