Logistics Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day office tasks, including managing communications, supporting logistics, and maintaining smooth administrative processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, organisational capabilities, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound & Outbound Calls: Manage office phone lines by answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to clients, partners, or vendors as required.
  • Quotations: Prepare and send quotations to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Email Management: Monitor and manage office emails by replying to inquiries, forwarding messages to appropriate teams, and maintaining an organised email system.
  • Logistic Planning: Coordinate and support the logistics planning of the office, including scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and handling deliveries or shipments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Logistics Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
