Logistics Assistant / Returns Processor
Job details:
  • Responsible in monitoring returned items.
  • Evaluate returned items for repair, need to be returned to our suppliers, damaged or for replacement.
  • Coordinates with the Suppliers for the items need to be returned.
  • Process debit memo, credit memo and return slip form.
  • Coordinates with the Sales Executive for deduction or replacement of returned items.
  • Monitoring and encoding of returned items.
  • Inventory of damaged and repaired items.
  • Make recommendations for the items
